6 Week Weight Loss/Cleanse Program

 

Week 1

 

  • No Carbonated Beverages or Coffee w/ caffeine
  • No Red Meats
  • No Sweets of any kind
  • 3 Meals per day
  • At least 5 glasses of water a day

 

Breakfast may include fruits, breads, cereal hot or cold, milk, hot tea or juice.

Dinner may include vegetables, soups, bread, pastas and White meat is permissible. (Fish, Chicken, Turkey)

 

Try to eat fruits at the beginning of the day and vegetables at the end of the day.

 

                               Week 2

  • Week two follows the same as week one
  • No Carbonated Beverages or coffee
  • No Red Meats
  • 5 glasses of water per day

 

 

 

                        Week 3

 

  • Follow the two Previous Weeks. Plus
  • Eliminate Breads from the meals
  • Eliminate White meat from meals
  • Increase vegetables and fruits your doctor allow you to eat, as-well-as salads
  • Increase water to 7 glasses per day

 

 

Week 4

 

  • Continue to Not Eat what you have already eliminated from your diet, No Meats at all! No Breads
  • No pastas dishes
  • Replace one of your meals with only fruits and vegetables
  • Now 8 glasses of water per day

 

 

                    Week 5

  • Week 5 follows the same as week 4
  • Continue to Not Eat meats, no breads
  • No pastas dishes
  • Replace one of your meals with only fruits and vegetables
  • Drinking 8 glasses of water per day

 

Week 6 (last week)

  • Now that you have been cleansing your body for the past 5 weeks you see that you can live healthier without these foods. You are in a position to permanently stop eating these things all together
  • If you decide to return to these foods re-introduce them slowly and one-by-one
  • Starting with pastas for two or three days
  • Then re-introduce breads for the next two to three days
  • If you decide to return to eating meats which I don’t recommend eat as little meat as possible if at all. No meat is good for human consumption
  • Maintain 8 glasses of water a day
  • Enjoy better health
