What is Die to Live

I know from my experience as a fitness trainer in the industry for over 22 years that many aches and pains occur from inactivity. So I designed a series of essential exercises, 21 in total to address the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body, to slow down the degeneration of the joints and muscles, regain strength and power, and improve range of motion in affected areas and throughout the entire body.

The video is divided into three segments 1) Total Body; 2) Lower Body and 3) Upper Body. Each exercise is demonstrated by me and the group. Key aspects of the exercises are pointed out and many of the exercises overlap. Some you will be able to do better than others, over time you will improve.

To encourage improvement in the body, exercises should be performed at least twice a week. Try to do each exercise 60 to 90 seconds. Be patient, many aches and pains will lessen in a short time; balance and range of motion will improve as well.

You will feel better, move better and truly be better physically, psychologically and physiologically.
